Housekeeping

This is one of the objects that I look after near Marbella. A very nice villa with everything the family heart desires. I will arrange for you to prepare for your upcoming visit or if you are renting - for rental with key collection, instruction of the client and everything that goes with it and with heart and passion.

Repairs

During your absence or when needed during your stay, I myself will repair the damages you have communicated to me or that we have agreed in advance, so that the present or your next stay gives you pleasure again or the tenant positively remembers you get a good rating and the customer again with pleasure books with you.

Organisation

You or the renter do not want to do any annoying things after the flight, such as:

• shopping
• car wash or clean
• transport from or to the airport

No problem! Please let me know in advance or send me an e-mail in advance and do that for you or the tenant

Project support

You are planning a project in Spain - whether remodeling or new construction -

I like to manage the project for you, in your absence, and control, communicate or simply keep track of your progress via photo.
